GETTING STARTED

  • Airlume Studio offers Grab & Go balloon designs prepared in our studio, on-site installations for select events, and DIY balloon kits (coming soon). Offerings include balloon garlands, number stacks, balloon arches, floral balloon bouquets, and select specialty designs. If you’re looking for a balloon design that you don’t see on the site, please contact us. We’d love to discuss!

  • Grab & Go designs are custom-created in our studio and ready for pickup.
    On-site installations are designed for your space and installed by our team at your event location.

    Both options are thoughtfully designed. The difference is service level, not quality.

  • Our size guide is designed to help you select the right scale for your space. If you’re still unsure, reach out with questions before booking.

  • Airlume Studio serves the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Studio pickup is available in Cedar Hill, TX, and local delivery is offered within approximately 30 miles of Cedar Hill for an additional fee. Delivery availability is reviewed and confirmed after your order is submitted.

ORDERING & SCHEDULING

  • On-Site Installations
    We recommend submitting on-site installation requests a minimum of two weeks in advance. This allows time for proposal review, material sourcing, and scheduling. Larger or more complex installations may require additional lead time.

    Installations booked less than 14 days before the event date are subject to limited material availability and may be considered rush orders.

    Grab & Go Orders
    We recommend placing Grab & Go orders at least one week in advance. The minimum lead time is 48 hours, and orders placed within that window may be limited to in-stock materials. Rush fees may apply for orders requiring special materials with less than 48 hours’ notice.

  • Same-Day Orders

    Same-day pickup is occasionally available and will appear on the booking calendar when offered.

    Rush Orders

    • Grab & Go Rush Order: Booked for pick-up or delivery within 48 hours.

    • Custom Installation Rush Order: Requested with less than 14 days’ lead time.

    Our booking calendar allows orders to be placed with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Rush orders may be accepted with less than 72 hours’ notice by contacting us directly so we can review your details and confirm availability. Rush fees may apply.

  • On-site installations require a $300 order minimum.
    Delivery fees are not included in this minimum.

PICKUP, DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

  • All Grab & Go orders are picked up from our studio in Cedar Hill, TX. Pickup details are provided after your order is confirmed.

    During checkout, you will have the option to inquire about delivery. Once our order has been placed, we will check our delivery availability and contact you directly.

  • No. Delivery is priced separately based on location, scope, and timing. Delivery details are provided as part of your installation proposal.

  • Yes. Local delivery is available within a 30-mile radius of Cedar Hill, TX for an additional fee. Delivery requests are reviewed and confirmed after your order is submitted.

    During checkout, you may request delivery. After your order is submitted, we’ll review delivery availability and follow up to confirm and process the delivery fee, or let you know if delivery is not available.

DESIGN, MATERIALS & CUSTOMIZATION

  • Yes. All designs are customized based on your selected color palette and event details, regardless of service type.

  • No. Airlume does not inflate or install balloons supplied by customers.

    We work exclusively with professional-grade balloon brands to ensure quality, consistency, and reliable results. Balloons purchased elsewhere, including online retailers, often vary in size, durability, and finish and don’t meet our standards.

    This policy allows us to maintain the look, quality, and reliability of every design we create.

  • Yes. If latex or balloon allergies are a concern, we can discuss alternative décor options depending on the design and service type. Please note any allergy considerations when submitting your booking request so we can plan accordingly.

  • Yes. While Grab & Go balloon garlands are available up to 9 feet for ease of transport, we do design longer garlands as part of our on-site installation services.

    If you’re looking for a larger or more complex installation, we recommend submitting an installation request so we can design a garland that fits your space.

CARE, LONGEVITY & POLICIES

  • Balloon longevity varies based on environment and handling. While we use professional-quality materials, we’re unable to guarantee lifespan once décor has been picked up or delivered.

    Most designs are intended to last throughout your event and beyond when kept indoors. indoor balloon garlands may last several weeks or longer when kept away from direct heat and sunlight. Longevity varies, and results are not guaranteed.

  • On-Site Installation Orders
    A non-refundable retainer equal to 35% of the project total is required to reserve your event. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the event date.

    If you need to reschedule, requests must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date. When eligible, your retainer may be applied to a future booking. Cancellations made less than 14 days from the event date are not eligible for rescheduling, and the retainer is forfeited.

    Grab & Go Orders
    Grab & Go orders are paid in full. If you need to reschedule, requests must be made at least 36 hours before your pick-up date. Specific dates & times for reschedule is not guaranteed.

  • To help your balloon décor look its best for as long as possible, we recommend keeping designs indoors and away from direct heat and sunlight. Avoid placing balloons near sharp or textured surfaces, and limit handling, especially around pets and children.

    Transport balloons carefully and position them in a stable area once set in place. While we use professional-quality materials, proper care plays a big role in longevity

  • We ask that balloon décor is disposed of responsibly. Balloon releases are not recommended due to environmental and wildlife concerns and may also be restricted by state or local laws, including in Texas.

    For proper disposal, we recommend:

    • Popping balloons and placing them in the trash

    • Separating ribbons, weights, or non-balloon elements when possible

    • Recycling packaging materials when applicable

    Thoughtful disposal helps protect wildlife, the environment, and ensures celebrations remain safe and compliant.
