Shipping

All handmade products and services are designed and ship from Texas. Curated items may be produced in and outside of the US.

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for all shop orders to be processed.

All orders will be shipped via USPS unless an alternate shipping method is chosen during checkout. You will receive an email notification when your package has shipped which will include tracking details. Please ensure your shipping address is input correctly at checkout, as Scripted Suite will not be responsible for undeliverable or lost packages. Should a package be returned back to us, you will be notified and provided with instructions to pay for re-shipment.

Returns

All sales are FINAL. Many of the products listed on this site are customized to your exact specifications and are, therefore, ineligible for return. Much care is taken to ensure that items are crafted exactly as you order them, but at times human error may occur. Please inspect all deliveries and notify Scripted Suite within 48 hours of receipt about any errors with your order. Please send an email to hello@scriptedsuite.com with a photo and description of the error and you will receive next steps for resolution.
